Expat experiences are critical to career growth. Yet, females make up only 20% of international experiences. With this year’s International Women’s Day theme #ChooseToChallenge, let’s challenge HR and ourselves to develop and demand expat programs that are more inclusive. As a female working abroad, I have five recommendations on how to be more inclusive.
